Many of our products are sourced from open-box inventory, combo kit separations, and retail clearance opportunities. For this reason, please review all product descriptions and photos carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong item
• Compatibility issues
• No longer needing the product
• Orders placed by mistake

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your claim, please include:

• Photos of the item received
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Product Condition

Many of our products are sold as New Open Box or Tool Only and may not include original retail packaging.

Fraud Prevention

For quality control and fraud prevention purposes, GR Tools records product information, including serial numbers when applicable, before shipment.

Returns or claims involving altered, substituted, incomplete, or different items than those originally shipped will not be accepted.
